We require our massage therapy clients to be at least 16 years of age and clients must be at least 12 years of age to receive skin care, waxing and nail services.

What is the minimum age requirement for spa services?
Are children allowed in the spa area?
Children under the age of 10 years are not allowed in the upstairs spa area. However, we welcome children of all ages in the salon. No children may be left unattended and our staff is not responsible for watching children.
Do gift cards expire?
Yes, gift cards expire 5 years after purchase date. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.
What happens if I am late for an appointment?
Clients receiving spa services, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your reservation. We cannot guarantee your service if you arrive late and the length of your service may be shortened. As your service was reserved at a specific time, your treatment will end at its set time so that the next guest is not inconvenienced.
Can I get a massage if I am pregnant?
We offer pregnancy massages for anyone who is past their first trimester.
Do you offer couple massages?
We cannot accommodate two massages in the same room. However, we can accommodate two massages with the same start and finish time in separate rooms.
Does your updo include wash and blowdry?
No, we ask that your hair is washed and dried (straightened if curly) before your service. We will be more than happy to wash and dry the hair for an additional cost.
Do you offer parking?
Unfortunately, we do not have private parking. However, Old Town offers plenty of street parking and there is a paid garage located next door. We offer $2.50 towards parking validation.
How long should I stop using retinol before a facial?
Retinol use should be stopped at least 7 days prior to a facial.
Do I have to fully undress for a massage?
No. For maximum relaxation most spas recommend that you remove your underwear for massage, however, you can feel free to do whatever makes you feel most comfortable.
Do you have an elevator?
No, we do not have an elevator.
Is your business wheelchair accessible?
Our salon and boutique are wheelchair accessible, however, the spa is not. We ask that you call prior to your arrival so that we can prepare the ramp area.
How long does hair have to be for waxing?
In order for the wax to best adhere to the hair, 1/4" should be the minimum length for waxing.
Do your haircuts include shampoo and blowdry?
Yes, all of our haircuts include our relaxing shampoo and blowdry/style.
Do you accept return on products?
We accept returns within 7 days of purchase for most products. Jewelry, hair accessories and brushes are always final sale.
