Sugar House Day Spa and Salon can accommodate small-mid size groups for events including bridal showers, graduation, corporate, or just a fun girl’s day out. Each guest will be able to choose from one of our premade spa packages or create a package of their own. To ease the stress of planning, we have a group coordinator who will assist in the planning process.
Our Group Coordinators will take care of:
- Any specific scheduling requests
- Scheduling and timing of services
- Individual or Group Payments
- Lunch/Champagne (optional add-ons)
Once all requested information is received, a detailed itinerary of your Group Spa Day will be created to ensure a stress-free day for everyone.
- We require at least 6-8 weeks notice. We cannot guarantee the availability of all requested appointments. The earlier the request, the better.
- All appointments will require a valid credit card to hold appointments.
- Early arrival of at least 15 minutes will be required to ensure proper prep and consultation time.
- Please understand that late arrivals will not be given an extension of the scheduled service but will result in shortened appointments.
- Refunds will not be given to missed appointments.
- We require pre-payment for services and at least one week notice to avoid cancellation charges.
- To keep the atmosphere of the spa tranquil for our guests, we do enforce a cell phone free zone.
