Clients receiving spa services, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your reservation. We cannot guarantee your service if you arrive late and the length of your service may be shortened. As your service was reserved at a specific time, your treatment will end at its set time so that the next guest is not inconvenienced.
We respectfully ask that you give the spa a minimum of 24 hours notice if you must cancel or change a reservation. A major credit card will be needed to reserve spa services. Fifty percent of the service cost will be charged for any same day cancellation or no-show.
Gift cards may be purchased for a dollar amount, a $30 minimum, and must be presented at the time of your service.
The purchase of a gift card does not guarantee reservations and all reservations are subject to availability. We urge all card bearers to reserve their services upon receipt of the gift card.
Our spa is not a safe environment for infants or children. No one under the age of 12 years will be allowed on the 2nd and 3rd spa floors and no children may be left unattended.
We accept cash and all major credit cards. All credit cards will be subject to a 3% processing fee. We do NOT accept personal checks.
